Marleybrook House Wedding Photographer

Where is Marleybrook House?

Marleybrook House is set in the Kent countryside near Canterbury, surrounded by fields, gardens and woodland that make it feel completely private while still being easy to reach. It’s the kind of place where you arrive and instantly feel like you’ve escaped into your own little world.

What kind of venue is Marleybrook House?

Marleybrook House is an exclusive-use wedding venue with loads of personality. The 17th century farmhouse is full of character, and the five acres of grounds give you plenty of space to explore. Plus, there’s a beautiful outdoor ceremony area, which works perfectly in warmer months.

However, if the weather turns, there’s also a stunning oak ceremony barn indoors. You’ll find getting-ready rooms on site too, along with a stylish Event Suite for your reception. So, everything flows easily from one part of the day to the next.

And then there’s the real highlight — the vintage fairground. Not only does it include dodgems, teacups, swing boats and a carousel, but it’s also the UK’s largest private funfair! Even better, you get the whole thing to yourselves. As a result, your wedding feels more like an experience than just a celebration.

What I love about being a photographer at Marleybrook House

I love how much variety Marleybrook House gives you — from romantic gardens and woodland paths to epic fairground rides and glowing evening lights. It’s one of those venues where every part of the day feels fun, relaxed and totally different from a traditional wedding.
The fairground especially is unreal for photos — whether that’s golden hour portraits on the dodgems or wild dance floor energy under the lights later on. It’s joyful, chaotic in the best way, and completely unforgettable.

If you’re planning a Marleybrook House wedding and want relaxed, fun, storytelling photography, I’d love to chat.
