I’m so pleased you’ve landed on my wedding photography page!
I’m a Derbyshire wedding photographer, but I capture weddings across the UK and abroad. I have photographed weddings in Scotland, France, Croatia, Crete and even New York.
As I’m sure you’ll gather, I have a documentary approach to my photography, I love all of the natural, un-staged moments. The ones that you miss or the ones you might forget and the alcohol-influenced ones you want to forget!! I’m here for it all.
Most people say to me that they don’t like having their photo taken, and I get it. It’s not a normal thing and most people haven’t had that experience since they were at school. My aim is to make you feel as relaxed as possible. I just mill around amongst guests, photographing as I go. You probably won’t even know I’m there!
I’m always happy to send full wedding galleries for you to look at, so that you can get a proper feel for my style. Just let me know if you want to see those!
My wedding photography style
It’s completely natural, with a timeless edit. We’ve all been to those weddings where you stand and pose for too long, the couple disappear with the photographer and miss the party they’ve paid for – I don’t want your wedding to be this way. I want to capture it exactly as it happens, and limit how long you’re standing around having photos.
I am more than happy to make time for those all important family photos, more for your family members to put them on the fireplace, but let’s keep those to a minimum and get back to partying!

Absolutely – throw your crazy ideas at me and let’s make it happen! Thinking about skiing in your wedding outfits in Austria? Maybe you’re getting married on one day and having a big party the next. Or you’re thinking a 3 day weekend of celebrations and you want it all capturing! Or even if the big wedding isn’t for you, and a quiet couple of hours at a registry office is your perfect day. My packages work around exactly what you’re looking for.

Are you looking for wedding photography + film?
Absolutely! I also offer natural wedding films alongside my wedding photography, perfect for couples who want their day captured through both photos and video, without the fuss of a full camera crew or production team.
I’m not a traditional videographer – I’m a photographer who films the moments as they naturally happen, then creates a short highlight film to complement your wedding photographs and bring the memories of your day to life.
Wedding photography locations in Derbyshire & beyond
I am based in Derbyshire, but as a UK wedding photographer, I travel all over the country and beyond capturing lovely couple’s big days! I’ve been lucky enough to photograph weddings in Crete, Croatia, New York & France. However I am always happy to be back on home turf and travelling the UK is my favourite, because I get to drag along Adam & Luna. My happy place is Scotland, so you won’t have to ask me to twice to be your Scotland wedding photographer.
